Overcoming Difficult Trials

MATTHEW 6:34 (NIV) Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
When we are walking through a difficult trial, we often worry about the future.  Will I live to see my child married?  Will I live long enough to see my grandchildren born?  Will I loose my job?  Will I ever find someone who will make a great life partner and if so, how will I pay for the wedding?

Matthew warns us not to worry about tomorrow as each day has enough trouble of it’s own.  This is such good advice!  When we look too far into the future we become overwhelmed, depressed, and hopeless.  This makes the enemy smile. Instead, be victorious by setting goals for today.  Let God steer the car into the future.  We are His children. You just have to trust Him and fasten your seat belt.  He is a fantastic driver and your care and safety is His top priority.
