FALLING APART

Oh Dear Reader,

I really wish I could have you all over for a back yard BBQ or potluck.  After fellowship and some really good ribs with my homemade BBQ sauce, we would sit on the grass (I am talking summer people!!) and have some time to praise.

I would then get up and tell you all to trust in God.  I am living proof that when your world falls apart, God’s hands will lovingly put the pieces of your life back together…….. HIS WAY. 

What I wanted in the past is not what I want now.  What He has me doing now is something I could not even imagine doing five years ago.  God will take a broken vessel and make its cracks a beautiful part of His design.  Nobody would guess that the cracks were not part of His original design.  In fact, the cracks in our lives ARE a part of His design.  A design He drew while you were in your mother’s womb. 

When everything in your life seems to be falling apart, that is when God is actively working to put you back together.  Remember God is the potter, so He gets to put you back together the way HE wants!  I guarantee that you will be beautiful AND worthy of praise.

ROMANS 9:20-21       But who are you, a human being, to talk back to God? “Shall what is formed say to the One who formed it, ‘Why did You make me like this?’” Does not the Potter have the right to make out of the same lump of clay some pottery for special purposes and some for common use? 

2 TIMOTHY 2:21 (NIV)       Those who cleanse themselves from the latter will be instruments for special purposes, made holy, useful to the Master and prepared to do any good work.
